april is a busy time for san antonians. there’s a little something called FIESTA in the air. it’s a magical time full of rich history, cascarones, brightly colored papel picado and of course, parties! with parties comes food, obviously. so today, i’m sharing my super easy, super impressive gruyere, mushroom & carmelized onion puffs. don’t let the name fool you. it might sound fancy but it really easy to prepare.
